- Click Copy signature above.
- In Gmail, open
Settings → See all settings → General. - Scroll to Signature, click + Create new, then paste with
⌘V/Ctrl+V. - Set the new signature as the default for new emails and replies. Save.
Note: the logo is embedded directly in the copied signature so it travels with the paste — no hosting needed. If a teammate's Gmail strips it, switch the layout to Stacked or re-copy from this page.
